Returns Policy

Our Return Policy offers you the option to return items purchased on Scala Organics within 5 days of the receipt of the product. Please contact our Customer Service at info@scalaorganics.com to initiate a return and log a complaint.

Conditions for return

Products should be unused.

Products should be returned in their original packaging along with original price tags, labels, instruction sheets, and invoices.

Customer will have to self-ship the product to our warehouse. We do not have any Reverse Pick Up Facility currently.

In the unlikely event that any product you received from us is damaged / defective or a size mismatch, replacement is possible.

Please contact our customer service for initiating the replacement and send us the images/snapshots of the damaged product. Once our returns section receives and verifies the product, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund as the case may be.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

Product is seal is tampered.

Product is damaged because of overuse or misuse.

Serial Number/batch number is tampered.

Product is used or altered.

Products like lip balm, lip sticks, etc cannot be returned.

Refunds will be processed within 15 Working Days, once the self-shipment is received at our warehouse.

For cash on delivery payments, refund will be processed to your back account. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide bank details once the product is returned. The customer has to provide the bank details within 3 months from the date of return; else Exalon.in will not be responsible to process the refund.

Customer will have to self-ship the product to our warehouse and self-shipment cost to be incurred by the customer. We do not provide any Reverse Pick up Facility.
